Lander is the Chef and Owner of Pango, a restaurant that blends its diverse gastronomic influences with its unique style. This space not only reflects his professional journey but also showcases his approach to creating dishes with a strong identity, rich in flavor and technique. His collaboration with Chef Paco Hidalgo on the Malo project further expanded his culinary perspective, deepening his understanding of the importance of storytelling through food.
